Bienbebido Malbec

- WinemakingSelected grapes. Fermentation in a concrete tank at 24º-27ºC with the use of selected yeasts. Alternating daily reassembly and unloading work.
- Cata's notesDeep red color with violet flashes, aromas of red fruits where raspberry stands out, with herbal notes. In the mouth it has a sweet and round entry with a pleasant mid-palate and a finish with notes of fresh plum.
Bienbebido Chardonnay
- DescriptionVariety: 100% Chardonnay Origin: San Martin, Mendoza – Argentina Vineyards: Finca de Montecaseros and Alto Salvador - San Martín
- WinemakingSelected grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tank at 16º - 18º with selected yeasts
- Cata's notesLight golden yellow color, with bright greenish tones. The nose is delicate with notes of apple, pineapple, honey and butter with hints of vanilla. In the mouth, soft palate with balanced and persistent acidity. Fruit flavors such as pears, pineapple and walnuts.
Bienbebido Bonarda

- WinemakingSelected grapes. Fermentation in a concrete tank at 24º-27ºC with the use of selected yeasts. Alternating daily reassembly and unloading work.
- Cata's notesIntense ruby red color with violet and purple hues. It presents flavors of ripe berries such as blackberries and cherries that are combined with notes of vanilla and roasted coffee. In the mouth it is pleasant and of good intensity. It has well-ripe round tannins, easy to drink and with a sweet finish.

- WinemakingSelected grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tank at 16º - 18º with selected yeasts.
- Cata's notesBright greenish-yellow wine. Good intensity and persistence of floral, citrus and white peach aromas. In the mouth it has a vibrant acidity, with a fresh, fruity, very pleasant finish, typical of this variety.
Tres Colores

- Cata's notesIntense violet red color. On the nose, the note of red fruits characteristic of Malbec prevails, where raspberry stands out, Ancellota gives it a spicy character that gives it elegance and complexity. In the mouth it has a pleasant entry with round and soft tannins, balanced and persistent.

Our vineyards grow in the eastern area of Mendoza, distributed in the districts of Montecaseros, Alto Salvador, Chapanay, el Ñango, grouping a total of approximately 40 ha.
